How do I order custom baked goods?

Order your custom baked items by clicking on the theme (type of event) in the shop link. If there is not a theme that you want, then use the general custom cookie link. Complete the order form for your cookies. A detailed description is great, and I encourage inspiration photos. I will confirm your order within 24 hours. When should I place my custom order?

Custom cookie orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your event. I will confirm your order within 24 hours via email. Please note that availability may be limited based on the number of weekly orders I have already received, so order early!

How are bakery goods packaged?

Most bakery items are packaged in bakery boxes. Decorated sugar cookies are individually heat-sealed and packaged in a bakery box with a ribbon.

Where or how do I pick up my order? Do you ship or deliver?

Orders can be picked up at 1319 Nightingale Lane, Goshen, KY. Delivery may be arranged in limited areas for a delivery fee. I am sorry, but Kentucky cottage (home) bakery licensing does not allow shipping. If you would like to ship your cookie order, I can package your cookies for shipment for an additional fee.

How should I care for my bakery items?

Decorated sugar cookies should be stored at room temperature. Heat sealed cookies remain fresh for up to 2 weeks. Do not refrigerate or expose to heat.

Store other cookies in a tightly sealed container to maintain freshness.

Most pies should be stored in the refrigerator.

Do you offer nut-free or gluten-free products?

I do not bake in a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen. However, special orders can be accepted for some nut-free and/or gluten-free products. Gluten-free (GF) cookies are priced based on the current cost of GF flour.
